The Vienna Stock Exchange has notified us today that the specialist tender offer
for shares of BWT has not produced a result. Therefore, with effect April 2nd,
2013, the BWT share listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange (ISIN AT000737705) will
be moved from the ATX Prime market segment to the Standard Market Continuous.
Furthermore, final results for 2012 and the Annual Financial Report will be
disclosed on April 16th, 2013.
