Changes in the Board of Directors of Mobimo Holding AG
Lucerne/Küsnacht, 28 November 2014 - Paul Rambert, member of the Board of
Directors and Vice Chairman of Mobimo Holding AG, is set to step down at
the 2015 General Meeting due to the internal age limit within the company.
Peter Barandun, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Electrolux
AG, will stand for election to the Board of Directors at the same time.
Paul Rambert has been a member of the Board of Directors of Mobimo Holding
AG since 2009. His previous positions included CEO of LO Lausanne-Ouchy SA
until its merger with Mobimo. He will remain in office until the General
Meeting and continue to contribute his extensive experience in the real
estate sector. He will still be involved with his company Immopoly.
The Board of Directors would already like to thank Paul Rambert for his
valuable work as a member of the Board of Directors over many years and his
contribution to the company's success.
Peter Barandun (born 1964, Swiss citizen), Executive MBA HSG, has been with
Electrolux AG since 1996. He was initially Managing Director for the
Electrolux and Zanussi brands before taking over as CEO and Chairman of the
Board of Directors in 2002. He also holds various other mandates, including
as a member of the Board of Directors of AFG Arbonia-Forster-Holding AG and
a member of the Presiding Committee of Swiss-Ski. Mr. Barandun is a
generalist and has wide-ranging expertise in the real estate sector. Mobimo
will seek to benefit going forward from his know-how in the area of
strategic corporate management, his knowledge of the real estate sector and
his network of contacts.
The Board of Directors will introduce Peter Barandun at the General Meeting
on 26 March 2015 and propose him for election to the Board of Directors.
