General Meeting approves all motions proposed by the Board of Directors

Lucerne/Lausanne, 26 March 2015 - The 15th Annual General Meeting of Mobimo
Hold-ing AG took place today in Lausanne. All motions proposed to the
General Meeting by the Board of Directors were approved.

All members of the Board of Directors who were proposed for re-election
were confirmed in their posts for a further year. Paul Rambert did not
stand for re-election due to having reached the internal age limit. Peter
Barandum was elected as a new member of the Board of Directors.

The 16th Annual General Meeting of Mobimo Holding AG will be held in
Lucerne on 29 March 2016.
