Nuremberg, July 20, 2010 - Robert Feldmeier, Spokesman of the Management Board of TA Triumph-Adler AG, informed the company that he will resign from his position as a member and as Spokesman of the Management Board for health reasons as of September 1, 2010. The Supervisory Board has recalled Robert Feldmeier from his duties with immediate effect.
Takashi Kuki currently member of the supervisory board of the company, Managing Director of Kyocera Mita Corporation and President of Kyocera Mita B.V., Amsterdam, will be seconded to the Management Board to act as Chairman of the Management Board and CEO. The future COO (Chief Operating Officer) will be Guiscardo Pin, currently Managing Director of T-Systems Italia. He will join the Management Board as of November 1st, 2010 at the latest.
