Eindhoven, August 31, 2005 - NAVIGATOR Equity N.V. has generated a
net profit of euro 99,000 for the first six months 2005 while profit
before tax amounted to euro 149,000. The total amount of net cash
amounted to euro 4.1 million as of June 30, 2005. NAVIGATOR Equity
Solutions N.V. expects a profitable fiscal year 2005.

Furthermore NAVIGATOR Equity Solutions N.V. announces the successful
completion of a capital increase in August 2005. A total of
14.298.000 new shares with a nominal value of euro 0.10 per share
