Eindhoven, April 27, 2006 - NAVIGATOR Equity Solutions N.V. has generated an operating profit of euro 1.1 million and net earnings of euro 0.8 million in the first quarter 2006.
In addition to realized capital gains the value of the investment portfolio has increased significantly during the course of the quarter. The management will continue to focus on "special situations" investments going forward in order to further capitalize from the substantial value and return potential in this field.
Based on the strong operating performance in the first quarter 2006 the management of NAVIGATOR Equity Solutions N.V. is confident to achieve an outstanding financial performce in the full fiscal year 2006.
