The present CFO of ersol Solar Energy AG, Ekhard von Dewitz, shall stand down from office on 15 November 2008 and leave ersol Solar Energy AG with our best wishes to dedicate himself to new duties and responsibilities outside the Company and the Bosch Group. The Supervisory Board of ersol Solar Energy AG would like to thank Mr. von Dewitz for his work and in particular for his personal commitment with respect to the acquisition of ersol Solar Energy AG by Bosch, and wishes Mr. von Dewitz every success in his future career. The departments of Finance, Legal Affairs and IT shall henceforth be added to Holger von Hebel´s responsibilities as CEO.
