SkyEurope Holding AG has received an announcement in accordance with § 91 Par. 1 of the Austrian Stock Exchange Act concerning a change in the number of SkyEurope shares owned by Endavour Holdings Limited. The venture capital funded Endavour has decided to sell 2,668,546 shares of SkyEurope Holding AG. Roland Haas, director of Endavour said: "SkyEurope has developed from a young venture capital backed company to a mature, Stock Exchange listed company. SkyEurope is now no longer within our investment policy and focus, so we decided to exit our stake". All shares sold on April 7, 2006 through an accelerated bookbuilding, have been placed by Sal Oppenheim and CA-IB to European institutional investors. *** SkyEurope Holding AG ***
SkyEurope Holding AG is the holding company of SkyEurope Airlines
a.s. ("SkyEurope"). The company has been listed on the Vienna and
Warsaw stock exchanges (VSE: SKY; WSE: SKY, ISIN AT0000497003)
since 27 September 2005. SkyEurope was founded on 6 September 2001 by
Christian Mandl and Alain Skowronek and is the largest low-cost,
low-fare airline in Central and Eastern Europe with bases in
