The increase of share capital with the issue of up to 20,000,000 new shares was resolved at the extraordinary shareholders meeting of SkyEurope Holding AG on 20 June 2006 in Vienna. SkyEurope Holding AG is listed on the stock exchanges in Vienna and Warsaw. After complete implementation of this capital increase, share capital will increase up to EUR 40,000,000 from currently EUR 20,000,000.
The general meeting further resolved the increase of the authorized capital to EUR 10,000,000 and the purchase of D & O insurance for the Supervisory Board. Insurance coverage will also apply to members of the Management Board and executive staff of the company.
