SkyEurope Holding AG ("SkyEurope") announces that the EUR 15 million
loan granted in December 2007 and the EUR 10 million loan granted in
September 2008 by York Global Finance II S.a r.l. ("York") to
SkyEurope Airlines a.s, the 100 % subsidiary of SkyEurope Holding AG,
have been extended to 15 December 2008. Both loans were previously
due for repayment on 22 November 2008 in accordance with the loan
