Today, SinnerSchrader AG signed a contract for the takeover of all shares in TIC-mobile GmbH, Berlin. TIC-mobile GmbH was founded in Berlin in 2006 by Henri Kühnert and has developed into a renowned service provider for the technical development of applications for mobile terminal devices, such as smartphones and tablets. By taking over TIC-mobile, SinnerSchrader is expanding its service portfolio in an area expected to provide new impetus for digital marketing and great growth dynamics in the years ahead.
TIC-mobile currently has 17 employees and is anticipating its revenue to top EUR1.5 million in 2011.
For the takeover, SinnerSchrader will initially pay a purchase price - including the cost of assuming the company´s liabilities - of EUR1.1 million in cash and 79,000 shares in SinnerSchrader AG from the treasury stock. Depending on the company´s economic development in 2011 to 2013, further earn-out payments may be due.
After the takeover, Henri Kühnert, 37, founder and managing partner of TIC- mobile GmbH, will head the company together with Laurent Burdin, 47, currently Managing Director Consultancy at SinnerSchrader Deutschland GmbH. TIC-mobile GmbH will trade in future as SinnerSchrader Mobile GmbH.
