Board of Directors (Appointments and Changes)
Hamburg (euro adhoc) - Following the Annual General Meeting of SinnerSchrader
AG, held today in
Hamburg, the Supervisory Board of the public limited company appointed CFO
Thomas Dyckhoff to the Management Board for another four years, i.e. until 31
December 2016. Mr Dyckhoff will continue to be responsible for Finances,
Controlling, Investor Relations, Human Resources Management, and Office and
Facility Management at SinnerSchrader AG. Furthermore, he is the Managing
Director of SinnerSchrader Deutschland GmbH.
Thomas Dyckhoff studied Computer Science in Karlsruhe. He subsequently obtained
an MBA at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. From 1991 onwards, he was
employed by Daimler-Benz AG in Stuttgart, in the divisions Group Treasury, Risk
Control, and Group Financial Control. He last worked as Manager of the division
Group Reporting before changing to debis Systemhaus GmbH as Investment Manager.
Thomas Dyckhoff has held the position of CFO with SinnerSchrader AG since 18
October 1999.
