New partnership between Avaloq and Accenture

Accenture is a new Associate Implementation Partner for Avaloq. The global group will support the software company in Switzerland initially, then across Europe and in Asia as well.
Avaloq has gained a new partner for the introduction of its banking software. The cooperation with Accenture, one of the world's leading management consulting, technology service and outsourcing providers, reinforces the expansion plans of Avaloq.
Around 20 certified Avaloq specialists from Accenture will initially support Avaloq in large, complex projects in Switzerland. Next year Accenture plans to implement projects in Luxembourg and Germany, and with this in mind plans to sharply increase the number of certified staff in Europe.
For Accenture the partnership with Avaloq provides great benefits for clients, and also opens up new business opportunities in Europe and Asia. "We are confident that in future Avaloq will become an ever more important provider of banking software, both in Switzerland and beyond," says George Schmidt, Partner Financial Services at Accenture.
Over the past few months Accenture has already been supporting Avaloq in banking projects and feasibility studies in Switzerland and Germany.

Avaloq
Avaloq is an independent banking software company owned by its management and staff. A total of 300 IT and business specialists are employed at the company's Zurich headquarters. It develops and distributes the Avaloq Banking System, a modular, innovative and integrated standard software package for financial service providers.
