Christoph Mohn has announced his resignation as CEO of LYCOS Europe 
N.V. (ISIN NL0000233195). He will step down at the end of the Annual 
General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled to be held on 28 May 2009. 
At the same meeting, it will be proposed to appoint Dr. Fred Wilsdorf
as the new managing director and CEO of the company.
