1. On June 28, 2007 Scottish Widows Plc, Edinburgh/United Kingdom, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Lloyds TSB Group Plc, became aware that it had crossed the 3% threshold on June 13, 2007 and now has a notifiable interest in 906,598 shares of Thielert AG, Hamburg/Germany. This equates to 4.558% of the issued share capital. This is worked out on a share capital of 19,891,530 shares. 4.558% (906,598 shares) voting rights are attributed to Lloyds TSB Group Plc pursuant to sec. 22, para 1, sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG through Scottish Widows Plc.
2.
