asknet AG announces extension of lock-up agreement with existing shareholders
Karlsruhe, 22 February 2008 - Asknet AG, a leading provider in global eCommerce, has extended the company´s lock-up agreement with existing shareholders, which expired on 31 January 2008. With the agreement shareholders holding approx. 49.3% in the company´s share capital agreed not to sell shares, directly or indirectly, via the stock market. This lock-up period is valid until the expiry date of 31 March 2008.
