Karlsruhe, February 25, 2010 - asknet AG, recently ranked as one of Germany´s fastest-growing technology companies in Deloitte´s "Technology Fast 50" report, today announces that Mr. Joachim Hug has resigned his position as a member of the Supervisory Board of asknet AG Electronic Business Solutions. Mr. Hug cited personal reasons for his resignation, which will take effect on March 31, 2010.
