Addional agreement to the value of EUR 21.5 m (E)

Disclosure announcement transmitted by euro adhoc. The issuer is
responsible for the content of this announcement.

In October 2001 Rosenbauer won the tender - against fierce
international competition - to supply the Saudi Arabian Interior
Ministry with 234 vehicles and equipment to a total value of EUR 44.7
m. On the basis of Rosenbauer’s satisfactory performance to date, in
May 2002 the customer increased the value of the contract by an
initial 10 percent (EUR 4.5 m).

Yesterday Rosenbauer International AG signed a further agreement for
the delivery of 122 fire-fighting vehicles, together with equipment,
worth altogether EUR 21.5 m.

The total value of the 379 vehicles plus equipment which are going to
equip 9,000 fire fighters in Saudi Arabia is EUR 70.7 m. This makes
it the largest contract in Rosenbauer’s 136-year history. This order
provides an excellent basis for Rosenbauer Group’s prospects in
financial 2003 and 2004.
