On Group revenues of EUR 217.9 m (up from EUR 200.9 m for 1-9/2002), EBT for the first three quarters rose 21% to EUR 12.0 m (1-9/2002: EUR 9.9 m).
This superb result may be attributed to stepped-up export shipments by Rosenbauer International AG and to the excellent results posted in the USA and Spain. At ThEUR 731, a higher EBIT figure (up 21 %) was also achieved in Singapore.
Outlook In view of the sustained positive trend in the Group's business, Management expects year-2003 revenues to break the EUR 300 m barrier (2002: EUR 286.5 m), with an EBT figure to match that achieved in the record year 2002 (EUR 15.7 m).
Present order-book levels, and the volume of international project business currently being worked on, together suggest that the above-average level of capacity utilisation at the Group's main production facilities may be expected to continue during 2004.
