Shareholder trading from YSRO to the WAB private trust

The WAB private trust hat notified us on July 13 about having 
increased its holding in Christ Water Technology AG from "more than 
20%" to "more than 25%". On July 12th, major shareholder YSRO b.v. 
has given us notice to have decreased its stake from "more than 15%" 
to "below 10%". The free float therefore remains at around 65%.
