Following the retirement of Mr. Malek Salamor as Chief Executive Officer, the Supervisory Board has appointed Mr. Richard Verreault, Chief Operating Officer of GLV Inc., as new Chief Executive Officer of Christ Water Technology AG. Further, Mr. Marc Barbeau, is appointed Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect. Mr. Harald Wegscheider, formerly Chief Finance Officer, will remain Member of the Management Board as Finance Director.
