Sparkassen Immobilien AG (Bloomberg: SPI.AV, Reuters: SIAG.VI) received a notice pursuant to § 91 paragraph 1 of the Austrian Stock Exchange Act (Börsegesetz) from s Versicherung AG, 87.2490 per cent of which is held by Wiener Städtische Versicherung AG Vienna Insurance Group (company domicile: Vienna). According to this notice, s Versicherung AG increased its stake in Sparkassen Immobilien AG (ISIN: AT0000652250) from 9.88 per cent or 6,727,779 shares in the share capital with voting rights to 10.27 per cent or 7,000,000 shares of the share capital with voting rights (68,118,718 shares). This surpassed the notice threshold of 10 per cent as of 20 April 2009.
In addition to Vienna Insurance Group, Erste Group is a second core shareholder of Sparkassen Immobilien AG with a 9 per cent stake.
