Karlsruhe/Germany, August 8, 2007.  On August 8, 2007, ComBOTS AG 
cancelled 3.794.922 own shares (= 9.87% of the share capital). This 
measure reduces the number of shares in the company to 34.651.453 and
the company´s share capital to 34.651.453,- Euro. The own shares have
been acquired as part of the ongoing buyback program and are now 
cancelled in order to optimize the capital structure.
