D i e t l i k o n, 1 February 2008 - In response to Implenia's request, the SWX Swiss Exchange's Disclosure Office has recommended that Implenia AG and Russian Land Limited in future disclose their investments in Implenia together. This decision was prompted by the joint venture agreements concluded between Implenia and Russian Land last November.
Implenia and Russian Land hold a combined total of 970,882 registered shares in Implenia AG, which is more than 5 percent of the company's share capital.
