Cuxhaven, Oktober 6, 2004 - The Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board of Plambeck Neue Energien AG today resolved to make use of the existing power to increase the share capital, excluding the right of subscription, by 2,000,000 shares at an issue price of EUR 1.00 per share. The shares have been completely subscribed. The registration of the increase in capital with the Register of Commerce is to be done without delay. The Board of Directors intends to make use of the power to issue further shares excluding the right to subscription still in existence as soon as possible.
