Cuxhaven, November 3, 2004 The Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board of Plambeck Neue Energien AG resolved to make use of the existing power to increase the capital of the company, excluding the right of subscription, by 760,780 shares against cash contribution. The shares have been issued at an issue price of EUR 1.00 per share and have been completely subscribed. The registration of the increase in capital with the Register of Commerce is to be done without delay. With this the power to issue shares against cash contribution excluding the right to subscription is nearly completely used.
