Cuxhaven, 28. December 2005 ? Plambeck Neue Energien AG (ISIN: DE000A0JBPG2) has completed the buy-back of the convertible bonds from the 6% convertible loan 2004/2009 (ISIN: DE000A0AY6F1). Convertible bonds for approx. EUR 1.5 million were bought back. From this there should be a miscellaneous operational profit to Plambeck Neue Energien AG in the current financial year of approx. EUR 0.7 million. Through the buy-back, liabilities will be reduced by about EUR 2.2 million. In future years the company will be disencumbered of interest payments in the amount of approx. EUR 133,000 annually. The deadline for the buy-back was 30th December 2005 and it was completed early.
