Cuxhaven, July 17, 2007 - The Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board of Plambeck Neue Energien AG (ISIN: DE000A0JBPG2) have resolved to make use of the possibility of an increase in cash capital. The funds reaching the enterprise from this are essentially to be used to strengthen the central business of wind-farm projecting onshore and offshore at home and abroad.
The approved capital is partly used to increase the share capital of the company by the issue of up to 3,749,695 new registered shares with a calculatory participation in the original capital of 1.00 Euro each against cash contributions from the current level of EUR 37,496,982 to as much as EUR 41,246,677. The shareholders are being granted a subscription right in a ratio of 10:1. The subscription price is 3.75 Euro. The new shares participate in the profits from January 1, 2007. The shareholders may use the subscription right from 23 July until 6 August 2007. Shares not subscribed by the shareholders can be offered to selected investors for subscription. The increase in capital is being accompanied by the VEM Aktienbank AG, Munich.
