Cuxhaven, 12th November 2007 - The wind farm developer Plambeck Neue Energien AG [plc] (ISIN DE000A0JBPG2) will build the offshore wind park project "Gode Wind I" in cooperation with Evelop. The subsidiary of Dutch group Econcern will take over the majority of the project company "Plambeck Neue Energien Gode Wind I GmbH" from Plambeck Neue Energien AG . The dutch offshore windpark Q7 currently under construction, is one of Evelops landmark projects.
Plambeck Neue Energien AG will stay involved in the project and will among other things assume the further development jointly with Evelop. It was agreed that the purchase price will not be disclosed.
With the sale of the shares in "Gode Wind I" Plambeck Neue Energien AG will achieve its forecast annual profit.
