Dr. Wolfgang von Geldern, the chairman of Plambeck Neue Energien AG since 1998, has resigned from his position with effect from the 2008 Annual General Meeting, which is planned for 11th June 2008. The supervisory board has accepted the resignation as per the announced date. Martin Billhardt, member of the management board, will run Plambeck Neue Energien AG following the resignation.
The supervisory board welcomes the fact that Dr. von Geldern will still work for the company in an advisory capacity after his departure.
