Cuxhaven, May 22, 2008 - The Supervisory Board of Plambeck Neue Energien AG voted on the recall of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Dieter K. Kuprian, on May 09, 2008. Likewise, there was a vote on an application to the competent court for the dismissal of Dieter K. Kuprian from the Supervisory Board.
The effectivity and outcome of the two votes are being disputed within the Supervisory Board and depend upon whether good and sufficient reason for the recall as Chairman of the Supervisory Board within the meaning of the German Shares Act exists.
In this context, the Board notifies that these are internal affairs of the Supervisory Board without any essential economic effects on the enterprise.
