Cuxhaven, June 30, 2008 - Plambeck Neue Energien AG (ISIN: DE000A0JBPG2) today signed the contract for the sale of its shares in the Danish rotor blade manufacturer SSP Technology A/S. The sale to Ventizz is taking place on the basis of a total corporate value of around 51 mill. Euro adjusted by liquid funds and financial debts (about 7 mill. Euro). Plambeck Neue Energien AG currently holds 67.26 % of the shares in SSP, which will be completely transferred to Ventizz following receipt of the purchase price upon closing. Plambeck Neue Energien AG receives liquidity of about 35 mill. Euro as a result of the sale. The shares in SSP are stated on the group balance sheet of Plambeck Neue Energien with a value of approx. 5.1 mill. Euro as per June 30, 2008.
