Finter Bank Zürich is pleased to announce the incorporation of the subsidiary FinterLife Life Insurance Ltd. in Vaduz as per August 11, 2006. FinterLife is a joint-venture between Finter Bank Zürich (90%) and Valorlife/Vaudoise Insurance (10%). The registered office is in Vaduz, Heiligkreuz 43.
Mr. Vincenzo Di Pierri is Chairman. The further members of the Board of Directors are Dr. Pier Giorgio Barlassina, Renato Morelli, Philip Aegerter and Dr. Fabian Cantieni.
The Management consists of Dr. Roberto Garobbio und Renato Morelli (Vaudoise Insurance).
Finter Bank Zürich (founded 1958) with branches in Zurich, Chiasso, Lugano and in the Bahamas is active in Private Banking.
