Company Information/Rebranding/Change of name
Today the change in the company name of C.A.T. oil AG, which is now called Petro
Welt Technologies AG, was entered into the commercial register. Accordingly, the
name change approved unanimously by the Annual General Meeting held on June 17,
2016 has been legally and formally implemented.
The new name underlines the Company's emphasis on technological services in oil
and gas as well as the global reach of the Company. At the same time, the name
relates to the seat of the Company and the stock exchange where its securities
are traded in the German-speaking region of Europe. With the new name, the
Company underlines its special position in the market and its technological
direction.
The name change also settles a long-lasting litigation with Caterpillar Inc.
concerning the use of the name "CAT".
The Internet address of the company will be correspondingly adapted in the near
future. The ticker symbol O2C.DE will stay effective until further notice.
