The management board of POLYTEC HOLDING AG informs, that the 
negotiations regarding the financial basis and further funds of 
POLYTEC GROUP are advanced considerably, but so far not finished. A 
final decision about the issue of the negotiations is expected within
the next few days. The result will be disclosed.
