Alexei Mordashov does not intend to increase his stake in Arcelor above 32%. Only if Arcelor shareholders decide to carry out the buy-back of shares by Arcelor (OPRA) (Alexei Mordashov will not take part in the decision and in the tendering of shares so that all the money, distributed during the buy-back, would entirely go to existing Arcelor shareholders) his stake might reach approximately 38%. Mr. Mordashov has no plans to increase his stake further.
