Saarbruecken, 26th of February, 2009 - ItN Nanovation AG (ISIN DE000A0JL461) makes substantial adjustments in human resources within the scope of the ongoing corporate reorganization. In the company´s headquarter in Saarbruecken the number of employees will be considerably reduced. ItN Nanovation AG intends to reduce between an estimated 20 and 30 jobs, including dismissals for operational reasons. Based on the cutback on personnel ItN expects an annual cost reduction in the seven-digit range. The short time work that had been agreed upon till the end of February will last till August 31, 2009 in the production plant in Halberstadt.
