The Shareholder and Directors of London Life and Casualty (Barbados) Corporation (LLCBC) announce the retirement of Philip Young from the position of President and CEO and as a Director.
Philip has been an active member of senior management within the London Reinsurance Group (LRG) companies since 1991. He has contributed greatly to LRG's success and to integrating the reinsurance businesses of LRG and Canada Life, which together form the reinsurance operations of Great-West Life.
Iain Caskie will take over as Chief Operating Officer effective June 30, 2006. Iain has been Chief Financial Officer of LLCBC since 2002 and is a member of the Institutes of Chartered Accountants in Scotland and Barbados. Under Iain's leadership, a smooth transition of duties and responsibilities is well underway, and clients can expect a continuation of product and service excellence.
