aleo solar expands Management Board

aleo solar AG has expanded its Management Board to include Uwe
Bögershausen, who was appointed by the Supervisory Board with effect
from 8 February 2007. Mr Bögerhausen will hold the position of CFO
(Chief Financial Officer). Current Management Board member Heiner
Willers will in future assume the role of COO (Chief Operating
Officer), and the other member of the Management Board, Jakobus Smit,
has been appointed as Chairman of the Management Board and CEO (Chief
Executive Officer). Mr Bögershausen joined aleo solar AG in May last
year and played a key role in the success of the Company’s IPO. His
future duties will include acting as the capital market’s first point
of contact on the Management Board. Before joining aleo solar AG, Uwe
Bögershausen (34) worked for several years at Roland Berger in
Munich, most recently as a project manager. After graduating as an
economist from the University of Oldenburg, he began his career at
CSC Ploenzke AG in Wiesbaden as a financial control and risk
management advisor.
