shaPE Capital AG in liquidation - Further cash distribution of CHF 12 per share

Freienbach, 21 January 2016

shaPE Capital AG in liquidation ("shaPE") today announced a further cash
distribution in the amount of CHF 12 per share. The distribution will be paid
out of general legal reserves from capital contributions as authorized by the
extraordinary assembly of the shareholders on 16 July 2015. The ex-dividend-date
will be 29 January 2016 and the payment date will be 2 February 2016. The
distribution of CHF 12 per share will increase the total amount distributed to
shareholders under the realisation strategy to CHF 197 per share.

to a global private equity fund portfolio. In 2009 shaPE decided to initiate a
realization strategy with the ultimate goal to return the intrinsic value of the
