Clariden Leu acquires a 9.96 percent stake in Hamburg company Nordaktienbank

Clariden Leu AG has acquired a 9.96 percent stake in Nordaktienbank AG, Hamburg, thus becoming a minority shareholder in this company specializing in asset management. The purchase price is subject to a confidentiality agreement.
Nordaktienbank AG is a specialist asset management company based in Hamburg. Nordaktienbank has provided a comprehensive range of asset management services to private and institutional investors for more than 10 years. In addition to classic M&A advice, Nordaktienbank AG also assists its clients with stock market flotations and financing plans.
Clariden Leu Ltd came into being on January 26, 2007 as a result of the merger of Credit Suisse's four private banks - Clariden, Bank Leu, Bank Hofmann, and BGP Banca di Gestione Patrimoniale - as well as the securities dealer Credit Suisse Fides.
