Union Investment Real Estate AG has purchased from Vivico Real Estate GmbH (part of CA Immo Group) the development project regarding the office building "Nord 1", which is located on the Boulevard in the Europaviertel in Frankfurt. The acquisition price amounts to approximately EUR 93 mn. The final completion of the transaction is planned following the expected completion of the building in 2010.
