Vienna, 1 August 2007: A-TEC Industries (ISIN AT00000ATEC9) today discloses the acquisition of a further 6% of shares of Montanwerke Brixlegg AG. Therefore the company now holds 98% of the shares of Montanwerke Brixlegg AG.
The remaining approximately 2% of shares are held by the management and employees as well as retired employees.
Montanwerke Brixlegg AG, Austria´s only copper producer, joined A-TEC Industries AG in mid 2004 and is one of the leading secondary smelters in Europe.
