Aachen/Germany - 09 November 2007. Parsytec AG - the world´s leading supplier of surface and web inspection systems for strip products - announces the appointment of its new executive board of three as well as the assignment of a new supervisory board.
With immediate effect, Dr. Rudolf Krampe takes over the chairmanship of the Parsytec AG´s executive board. Additionally, he is liable for the Sales unit. Friedrich Luecking is appointed deputy chairman and takes over the responsibilities for Product Management and Marketing. Martin Heinrich takes over the responsibilities for the financial department.
The previous members of the supervisory board, Dr.-Ing. h.c. Heribert J. Wiedenhues, Martin Heinrich, and Prof. Dr. Henning Tolle resigned their positions with immediate effect. The Company advocated Messrs Enis Ersue as chairman of the board, Dr. Johannes Giet as assistant chairman and Werner Rothermel. The executive board thanks the previous board members on behalf of the Company.
