On 22 August 2008 Alicja Kornasiewicz, Member of the Supervisory 
Board of Warimpex Finanz- und Beteiligungs AG, resigned as Member of 
the Supervisory Board as of 31 August 2008, at her own wish. Her 
resignation is connected with her new responsibilities at UniCredit 
Group.
