(Koblenz, January 29, 2009) CompuGROUP (XETRA,FRA:COP) today announced that it expects reported revenues for the fourth quarter of 2008 to be approximately Euro 71.4 million and reported operating income (EBITDA) to be approximately Euro 12.0 million. CompuGROUP expects on a preliminary basis its full year 2008 reported revenue to be approximately Euro 229.7 million and reported operating income to be approximately Euro 49.1 million,
On an EBIT level, the reported results include a non-cash asset impairment charge of Euro 8.0 million in the fourth quarter 2008.
In the preliminary outlook for 2009, revenue growth is expected to reach or exceed 25 percent on a year-on-year basis and the 2009 EBITDA result is expected to reach or exceed Euro 59 million. The guidance is based on the full year contribution of companies acquired in 2008, organic growth and on-going efficiency improvement programs.

The preliminary results are based on unaudited financial information and on preliminary information reviewed by the management to date. These results remain subject to the completion of the CompuGROUP accounting closing process, and approval by the Supervisory Board.
