3,035% of these voting rights (this corresponds to 1,335,354 shares) are attributable to him in accordance with section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 in connection with Sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 2 of the WpHG. These voting rights were held directly by Citadel Horizon S.a.r.l.
