Annual & Special Corporate Meetings
Wien (euro adhoc) - 12 September 2013 - Today's annual general meeting of Kapsch
TrafficCom AG resolved to pay a dividend of total EUR 5.2 million, corresponding
to EUR 0.40 per share, for the fiscal year 2012/13. This corresponds to a payout
ratio of approximately 54%. The stock will be traded "ex-dividend" from 19
September 2013 on and the dividend will be paid on 26 September 2013. A total of
7 agenda items were discussed, most of which were unanimously approved by the
shareholders present. Mister Harald Sommerer was elected as further independent
of the principal shareholder of KAPSCH-Group Beteiligungs GmbH as defined by
C-Rule 54 of the Austrian Code of Corporate Governance member of the Supervisory
Board.
