Annual & Special Corporate Meetings
Vienna, 9 September 2015 - Today's annual general meeting of Kapsch TrafficCom
AG resolved to pay a dividend of total EUR 6.5 million, corresponding to EUR
0.50 per share, for the fiscal year 2014/15. The stock will be traded "ex-
dividend" from 16 September 2015 on and the dividend will be paid on 23
September 2015. A total of 6 agenda items were discussed and approved by the
shareholders present.
