Société Internationale de Finance to become Quilvest Switzerland Ltd

As of 1 July 2007, Société International de Finance, the Zurich-based Family Office and securities dealer, is changing its name to Quilvest Switzerland Ltd. This change signals the intention to develop and leverage the Quilvest brand throughout the Group companies. The addition of Switzerland to the name emphasizes the Group's commitment to Switzerland as a financial hub and its place in the country's prestigious wealth-management community.
The Quilvest Group is the financial arm of the founding family of the Argentine brewery Quilmes. The Group has its headquarters in Luxembourg as well as a branch office in Paris. Quilvest is active mainly in the area of private equity and as a Family Office for high-net-worth private clients and entrepreneurs. Its presence in Switzerland goes back over 75 years.
Quilvest Switzerland Ltd is one of the largest Multi-Family Offices in Europe, with a staff of over 75.
